I have been working with small to medium-sized businesses since 1974, in the accounting, systems analysis/design and consulting field.

I established and co-owned 20/20 Financial Services, Inc., which is a full-service tax & accounting service firm with an established base of 350 clients until I sold my interest in it in 2005.

Since 1993, I have primarily focused on projects involving systems analysis, design, installation, training and database application programming. I have designed and implemented several full scale applications on a subcontract basis.

These subcontracts included performing complete system analysis, database/interface design and programming along with designing/implementing corresponding file management, policies and task-flow support systems and training client employees on the use of the systems.

I have developed many feasibility studies, proof of concept and marketing strategies for various companies.

I am a senior Visual Basic programmer and can write SQL. Database experience includes Alpha Four, Alpha Five, MS Access, SQL and a number of other database programs that are no longer on the market. I can rapidly get up to speed and write in any programming language that is similar to or conforms to the Visual Basic logic, such as ASP, VB Script and JavaScript. I have personally designed and implemented hundreds of user interface forms and reports for database and Internet applications, including graphics, buttons, layouts and so on.

I have set up, developed and managed numerous spreadsheet applications, including writing and implementing custom macro-based spreadsheets and code-based spreadsheets for MS Excel and Quattro Pro.

I have worked with, installed, customized and supervised numerous accounting packages on a subcontracter basis for small and medium-sized businesses over the years, including the complete Intuit evolution from its first release, Medlin, Pacioli, Peachtree, MYOB, Real World, custom in-house packages and accounting packages that are no longer on the market.
